JOINING A TLP GROUP

Getting started with the Townsend Leadership Program (TLP) begins by connecting with a local Director to set up an initial interview. TLP is a year-long program, and start dates are determined by each Director’s schedule. Once accepted, your Director will share all the essential information, including session schedules, locations, and program guidelines, ensuring you’re fully prepared to begin your leadership journey.  If the Townsend Leadership Program sparks your interest, I’m available to support you every step of the way.
