TIM DAVIS

Tim Davis brings nearly four decades of hands-on construction expertise to Billings, MT, and the surrounding region as a licensed and bonded General Contractor. His portfolio spans homes, churches, water parks, and more, showcasing a blend of creativity and leadership that has shaped every project. Before entering the construction industry, Tim served as a State of Montana Certified K–12 teacher, where he specialized in supporting emotionally challenged children—a background that continues to inform his thoughtful, people-centered approach to building.

Tim currently holds a Director role with the Townsend Leadership Group in Billings, MT, where he provides executive coaching and mentors leaders through their personal and professional journeys. Now in his ninth year of leading Townsend Leadership Program Teams, he helps participants unlock growth and achieve meaningful results. Beyond TLP, Tim has also led T-Groups at Harvest Church, supporting adults in developing stronger emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

Tim Davis earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health from Iowa State University and has pursued continuous professional development ever since. His journey includes specialized training through Ultimate Leadership, the Growth Skills Foundation’s One-Week Intensive, and participation in multiple Global Leadership Summits. For nearly a decade, he has also been deeply engaged in the Townsend Leadership Program, expanding both his personal growth and his ability to guide others in theirs.

Tim and his wife, Kerry, have shared 41 years of marriage and a rich family life. They are parents to five children: Taylor, married to Cally with four kids; Garrett, married to Liz with two kids; Sydney, married to Brian with three kids; Gabe, who works in construction; and Max, who works for a glass company and travels throughout the state.
